Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Anderson Currie grew up in a family that values travel (his mother Betty Jo Currie joined the industry when he was 7).   Because he was exposed at an early age to the diverse beauty of the world and the many cultures that call it home, it's no surprise that he was bitten by the travel bug and has made a point of exploring the planet ever since.  Over the course of the last two years he has split his time between the US and the countries of east and southern Africa, scouting the best Safari Camps and the finer offerings of Cape Town and the surrounding Winelands. He is as passionate about the incredible influence and enrichment traveling brings to peoples’ lives, and will help you plan the best experience possible on the continent of Africa.
